Go Find The Problem

One of the biggest constraints on delivery is not capacity. It is people waiting for someone else to clear their blocker.

An engineer hits a blocker shipping something end to end. Instead of fixing it, they hand it to a product manager. It sits there while everyone waits for someone to own it.

We all need to learn to solve problems even more effectively ourselves. And we have the right tools for it. No agent tool can solve the biggest backend scaling issue, but if you are a frontend engineer missing a field in a JSON response, just fucking add it already. Stop wasting people's time with it :)

If you see bottlenecks and problems, figure them out. It's hugely rewarding both in terms of satisfaction, recognition and eventually career progression.
